ITT NIC-2024-007 SCIENCE LAB RENOVATION - COMOX VALLEY CAMPUS

North Island College (NIC) is requesting responses to this ITT for the renovation of the science lab at the Comox Valley Campus.
 DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK AND TIME OF COMPLETION
.1 The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following major items of Work:
.1 Tenant Improvement of Labs, Lab prep room, physics prep room, offices on Level 2 of
Raven hall with the required ceiling work from Level 1.
.2 Supply and Install the Lab casework and furniture. Refer to attached Appendix 1 for the
Lab casework shop drawing.
Acceptable vendor: Corey Hiebert, Alliance Scientific Inc. corey@alliancescientific.net.
Other substitutions are not permitted.
.2 The Contractor shall be responsible for keeping the areas of work in a tidy and safe condition.
.3 Obtain necessary permits and inspections from authorities having jurisdiction with the exception
of the building permit which, will be supplied by the Owner.
.4 Commence work immediately and complete the scope of project within thirteen (13) weeks upon
official notification of acceptance of offer.
