Description
The University of British Columbia (the ”UBC”), Brand and Marketing intends to obtain the services of an Agency (or Agencies) of Record (AOR) to work as their Partner(s) in fulfilling their mandate of providing strategic Brand and Marketing services to all its various stakeholders.
Awarded Proponent(s) services can be used by any UBC Faculty or Department. Prior to engage AOR Agency, UBC Faculty or Department to connect with UBC Brand and Marketing office as deemed appropriate.
The initial term of the contract will be for three (3) years, subject to a ninety (90) day termination clause (in writing) that may be enacted by either the University or the Agency(s), at any time during the agreement. Any renewal terms following the three (3) years will be in one (1) year increments only, for a total aggregate of six (6) years.

This procurement process is subject to Chapter Five (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
