Description
Through this Request for Proposals, the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) invites Proposals from experienced suppliers of municipal water treatment chemicals to become the City’s preferred supplier (s) of water treatment chemicals for operations at its two water treatment facilities located at 3184 Shetler Drive and 1500 Rosewood Drive, West Kelowna, BC. The purpose of this RFP is to select one or more preferred suppliers that will enter into a ‘Standing Offer’ agreement with the City for the supply of one or more of the City’s required chemicals, on an ‘if and when required’ basis, over the next 3 years with the option to extend the agreement by two (2) 1-year terms, at the City’s sole discretion. The Standing Offer Agreement (s) is scheduled to commence on May 1st, 2023.
There will be no minimum quantity of chemical supplies ordered.
