Description
The City of Delta is requesting proposals for seismic retrofit design of the 72 Avenue BNR Overpass in North Delta. The bridge spans the Burlington Northern and Sante Fe Railroad (BNR).
This design assignment is to encompass but is not necessarily limited to the following deliverables within the required Engineering Services: Prepare preliminary design, detailed design and construction drawings and prepare an engineering class “A” construction cost estimate; Prepare contract documents and specifications; Provide contract administration and inspection of the tendered work; and, Prepare record drawings.
Addenda:
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing, any addenda issued by the City of Delta (the “City”). Addenda will be posted on BC Bid.
Submission of Questions:
Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email, to the contact person below. Questions should be submitted by July 7, 2023. The City will endeavour to respond to all questions received before this date. Bidders should not use the discussion forum on the BC Bid website to submit questions.
