Fire Extinguishers, Suppression, Alarms, Emergency Lighting & Sprinkler System Maintenance
 
The City of Nanaimo is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers for the implementation of a preventive maintenance program of inspection, testing and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting and sprinklers and to ensure that they remain operable as designed and as required by applicable regulation. Proponents will also be required to supply replacement parts or extinguishers as requested; and, will respond to call-outs for service on a when and if required basis.  The Contract will be for an one (1) year term, and may be extended for two (2) additional two (2) year terms subject to satisfactory performance reviews, and if mutually agreeable. Firm pricing is required for the initial one (1) year term.
