Description
On behalf of the District of Barriere, our firm is overseeing the design and construction of a proposed potable water storage reservoir. This letter is an invitation to your company to prepare a competitive, firm price for the supply and installation of a new 1382 m3 (365,100 U.S. gallon) reservoir.
BackgroundAs part of the overall Louis Creek Industrial Park project a new water reservoir is required to store potable water for fire protection and distribution system demands.
The proposed reservoir site is located 6 km south of Barriere, BC, at the Louis Creek Industrial Park adjacent to the Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) Eco-Depot. The site was selected due to its proximity to all existing infrastructure, availability of generally favourable topography and land ownership by the District.
