Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from Contractors to operate the food and beverage concessions at Frank Crane Arena, as described in 5.0 Scope of Services and Requirements.Proponents are required to pay the City of Nanaimo a percentage of the total monthly sales revenues earned. The minimum revenue percentage the City will accept is 6%.
This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
