Sealed Tenders clearly marked “Water Supply Well No. 1 & No. 2 Replacement” will be received at the Town of Princeton Municipal Office, 151 Vermilion Ave, Princeton, BC, V0X 1W0, up to 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, May 16th, 2023. Tenders will be opened in public in the Town’s Office at 2:00 p.m. on the tender closing date. Tenders may also be submitted electronically through the BC Bid website. To submit electronically, complete an electronic Submission using BC Bid. Only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can make an electronic Submission using the BC Bid system.
The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:
Tender Documents are available electronically on the BC Bid website. Printed copies are available from the offices of TRUE Consulting (Kamloops) at a cost of $300.00, which is non-refundable. A Planholder Registration Form must be completed and emailed to TRUE Consulting at info@true.bc.ca in order to receive any addendums and/or additional information regarding this tender. It is the sole responsibility of the Planholder to ensure that the Registration Form has been received by TRUE Consulting.
Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
If the information stipulated above is not enclosed with the Tender at the time of opening, the Tender will be rejected.
Tenders received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:
- Construction of 32 ft x 58 ft pumphouse structure comprising cast-in-place concrete foundation, precast concrete walls and wood frame/metal roof
- Supply and installation of inflow and discharge piping including valves, flowmeters, and related appurtenances
- Supply and installation of two pitless units and submersible pumps
- Supply and installation of three vertical turbine pumps
- Siteworks comprising overflow piping and 545m of 150mm to 300mm water main
- Electrical and control systems, including a backup generator

- A BID BOND, CASH DEPOSIT, CERTIFIED CHEQUE or IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CLEAN CREDIT in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tendered Price.
- If a Bid Bond is provided, a CONSENT OF SURETY relating to subsequent security arrangements for PERFORMANCE and LABOUR AND MATERIALS PAYMENT GUARANTEES.
If the information stipulated above is not enclosed with the Tender at the time of opening, the Tender will be rejected.
