Description
Through this RFP, SD41 intends to award and work with qualified and experienced proponents with whom it can develop and deliver an Endpoint Management and Security Solution that provides a robust functionality, including both a system product and the services to implement that product. An Endpoint Management and Security Solution is a critical business system that is required to manage SD41’s endpoint assets in an efficient and secure manner. The products and services desired include the application, implementation, configuration, testing, and training as well as ongoing maintenance and support. Proponents must meet the mandatory requirements in order to be evaluated. Please refer Schedule A_RFP 220826 Endpoint Management and Security Solution Requirements to review those requirements. The initial contract term is three (3) years, which may be extended for one (1) additional one (1) year term, and unless agreed to by the parties in writing, the terms and conditions of the Contract, including pricing, applicable immediately prior to the expiration of the previous Term shall apply during the renewal period. The incumbent for this contract is not precluded from responding to this RFP.
