for B530-00, Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project Phase 1

Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to direct award WTP Property Consultants Ltd. the Payment Certifier Services to the B530-00, Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project (Project). WTP Property Consultants Ltd. has previously provided Payment Certifier Services to this project. The direct award of Payment Certifier Services is required to provide additional Payment Certifier Services to this project.
The maximum value of this contract award will be in the range $165,000.00 - plus tax. FH has conducted a 3-quote process and has chosen not to complete an additional competitive process and intends to direct award the contract to WTP Property Consultants Ltd. for the following reasons:
Consultants may challenge this decision by sending an email to Carolyn Wiens and Elizabeth Zhu by September 12, 2022 – 15:00 hour’s local time.
Provide proof showing your experience related to the requirements defined in this NOI. Only challenges from qualified Payment Certifier Services firms will be reviewed.

Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to direct award WTP Property Consultants Ltd. the Payment Certifier Services to the B530-00, Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project (Project). WTP Property Consultants Ltd. has previously provided Payment Certifier Services to this project. The direct award of Payment Certifier Services is required to provide additional Payment Certifier Services to this project.
The maximum value of this contract award will be in the range $165,000.00 - plus tax. FH has conducted a 3-quote process and has chosen not to complete an additional competitive process and intends to direct award the contract to WTP Property Consultants Ltd. for the following reasons:
- WTP Property Consultants Ltd. has already performed the role of Payment Certifier Services for the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project.
- WTP Property Consultants Ltd. has extensive experience in providing Payment Certifier Services.
- WTP Property Consultants Ltd. has immediate availability of resources for the scope of work of Payment Certifier Services with no impact to the tight project schedule.
- WTP Property Consultants Ltd. has extensive and detailed knowledge of the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project, existing systems, policies and practices.
- WTP Property Consultants Ltd. has established close working relationships with the Project stakeholders.
