1.3 Pre-qualified Architectural and Engineering Consultants
Only Architectural firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects greater than $150K may respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm not already prequalified for Acute Care Projects greater than $150K.
Sub-Consulting firms (including Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural) shall be selected from the Authority’s Pre-qualified Engineers list.
The pre-qualification lists may be viewed at the Fraser Health website:

3.9 Site Visit
The Authority has arranged a site visit for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. The date and time of site visit(s) are as noted below:
Date: October 21, 2022
Time: 14:40 – 15:40 Hours Local Time
Meeting Location: BC Cancer Victoria, 1st floor Physics Conference Room 1603
2410 Lee Avenue. Victoria, BC, V8R 6V5.
