Anacortes Ferry Terminal Ocean Ave Re-Coating & Concrete Repair

The Project consists of localized re-coating of previously coated metal surfaces, concrete repairs to several of the concrete pile caps and other repairs/replacements at the Anacortes Ferry Terminal, located at the terminus of Ocean Avenue, Town of Sidney. The re-coating program involves the rehabilitation of serval items over water and within the intertidal zone, including piles (bearing), floating leads, and other various elements.  The concrete repair program involves the removal of deteriorated concrete and the repair of vertical concrete surfaces over water and within the intertidal zone.  All work must be completed by June 15, 2023.

A non-mandatory site visit for Contractors is scheduled for 10:30 am local time on Thursday, December 1, 2022. The meeting place for the visit will be held on-site at the terminal located at the east end of Ocean Avenue, Sidney, BC.
