Description
This Invitation to Tender is being issued Vancouver Coastal Health (the Health Authority) for the Refurbishment of various departments within the Raven Song Community Health Centre. The areas include: The refurbishment of existing medication room, exam rooms, medical supply spaces and create a new space for specimen collection and screening. The project work includes, removal of existing fixtures and fittings, form new door opening to room 306, new and modification of millwork, decoration, mechanical, new shelving, and minor refurbishment. The work will be carried out primarily during working hours with some OT expected for drainage work. Careful co-ordination, with staff and other users will be expected during the construction process.
Non-mandatory site visit will be held on March 27th, 2024.
This site visit is not mandatory but attendance is highly recommended for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. Bidders who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the site visit and to have received any and all of the oral and written information given at such visit.
