EN24DMH020 - FOREST SERVICE ROAD MAINTENTANCE
Forest Service Road Maintenance in various locations in the 100 Mile House Natural Resource District. Travel is usually 1 to 2 hours (one way from 100 Mile House).
Work will not necessarily be continuous. In some circumstances there may be as many as 2 or 3 moves in one day. Projects may last a few hours or a few days, then no work for a period of time. The Ministry Representative will make every effort to lump projects together into a logical continuous work plan.

Tender Submission
The Tender is in response to an Invitation to Tender (the ‘Invitation to Tender’) for EN24DMH020 Forest Service Road Maintenance -100 Mile House Natural Resource District issued by the Ministry of Forests (the ‘Ministry’) and must be received by the 100 Mile House Natural Resource District on the form provided not later than 2:30PM on May 19, 2023.
The address for ground delivery is 300 Cariboo Hwy, 100 Mile House and the mailing address for postal delivery is PO Box 129, 100 Mile House, British Columbia V0K 2E0 (the ‘Closing Location’)
All Tenders submitted in accordance with these Conditions are irrevocable for a period of 30 days following the tender opening (the ‘Tender Opening’).
We will not be accepting electronic bids. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA). If the Ministry posts any addendum to the Tender Documents, it will be made by issuing an addendum:
a)where Tender Documents were provided directly by the Ministry to bidders (not obtained from BC Bid®),addendum to the Tender Documents will be sent by the Ministry to all registered package holders; or
b)where Tender Documents were obtained from BC Bid®, the Ministry will post any addendum on BCBid®. Bidders are solely responsible to continually monitor the BC Bid® website on an ongoing basis tokeep themselves informed of any addendum.
Bidders that are not registered with BC Bid® can register by selecting Start your e-Service, SupplierRegistration on the BC Bid® home page. Bidders are strongly encouraged to select “Send MeAmendments” as an option on the Opportunity Notice published on BC Bid®. By selecting this option,a registered Bidder will be automatically notified of any addenda that may be issued.
