Description
Sealed tenders for EN25LMN304 DCK FSR Dust Mitigation will be received by the District Manager, Ministry of Forests, 46360 Airport Road Chilliwack, BC, V2P 1A5, not later than 2:00 PM local time, May 31st, 2024 at which time all tenders will be opened in private.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
Questions will be accepted until noon, May 29th, 2024. The Ministry will endeavor to answer questions in a timely manner, however, does not guarantee when or if answers will be posted. Questions asked early in the advertising period are more likely to have answers posted before the closing date/time.
Questions and Answers: To ensure consistency of answers, all contract related questions must be submitted to the following email address: Forests.ChilliwackDistrictOffice@gov.bc.ca to the submitted questions will be posted and an addendum to the Tender Documents on BC Bid.
Tender packages are available electronically from the BC Bid Website.
If the Ministry posts any changes to the Tender Documents, they will be made by issuing an addendum or amendment in the BC Bid solicitation.
Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
