Description
Notice is hereby given that City of Prince George (the “City”) intends to direct award a contract to SYLVIS Environmental Services Inc. (the Contractor) to provide the services required with respect to the Lansdowne Wastewater Treatment Centre (WWTC) Biosolids Program.
The scope of services will be as indicated below:

- Securing land application sites for beneficial use;
- Biosolids loading and transport;
- Operations coordination with sub-contractors and the City;
- Biosolids application under a fully notified Land Application Plan;
- Qualified Professional oversight and annual certification of compliance; and
- Regulatory reporting, as required.
