MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Mandatory Site Visit
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: November 10th 2022
Time: 10:00AM PST
Location of Site Meeting: 15090 101 Ave. Surrey BC
Subcontractor Attendance is Optional.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above

A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes fully modernizing both elevators and as further set out at Appendices:
- Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
The scope of work for elevator upgrades includes but is not limited to providing new:
- Controllers
- Geared or gearless overhead traction machines, motors, brakes, etc.
- Hoist ropes
- Auxilariay braking device
- Machine room, hoistway, and cab wiring
Subcontract work includes but is not limited to:
- Electrical
- Provide signals from FAS to elevator machine room
- Pretesting of elevator/fire alarm interface with TSBC
- Mechanical
- Provide a new split unit heat pump system on roof/elevator machine room
Full detailed scope of work listed in specs in appendix E.
Work is to be started in February of 2023 and complete by August 2023
Contractor to mobilize 2 weeks after award.
