Notice is hereby given by the Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), that it intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide the Mid-Volume consumables for existing equipment (Analyzers) in the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) for a term of five (5) years and at an estimated value of $2,250,000.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Poorya Kooche baghy (Procurement Analyst) by email to (Poorya.koochebaghy@phsa.ca) before 2:00pm Pacific Time, October 9, 12pm 2023. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
