Description
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Merritt (the “City”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing construction of road and site improvements along Canford Avenue, as part of the City’s works to repair infrastructure following the flooding experienced in November 2021. Full details of the Work required is provided in Part A of the RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows:
Location: The Place of the Work is Canford Avenue, Merritt, BC, as shown on the Drawings.
Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:

Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:
- The Work may commence anytime after: August 15, 2022.
- Substantial Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than: October 15, 2022
- Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than 20 calendar days following Substantial Performance.
