Description
The District of Coldstream (“District”) is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants (the “Proponent”) with expertise in security and parking enforcement for the provision of Bylaw Compliance Services - Seasonal within the District of Coldstream for a three (3) year term, beginning April 1, 2024, with provisions for two (2), one (1) year extensions.
Proponents with proven experience and expertise in the provision of security and parking enforcement services are invited to submit Proposals setting out how they propose to meet the goals, objectives, and other requirements of this RFP. The goal is to receive Proposals that meet or exceed the mandatory requirements of this RFP, evaluate the submitted proposals and enter into a Contract for the execution of the services laid out herein.
