Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:

Location: 4345 Glenside Rd, Port Alberni, BC
Attendance is Mandatory
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
Brief Description of Work
Provide fire and life safety upgrades for a one-level single dwelling home as further described in the RFQ and Appendix E - Specifications and Drawings
Your submission MUST be submitted using the following method:
Bidders must submit their completed Quotation Form (Appendix A), the Subcontractor List (Appendix C) Form, the Unit Rate Form (Appendix B, by the Submission Deadline to the BC Housing Contact identified below in the manner set out below:

All documentation must be submitted in an electronic format by email to achungatht@bchousing.org. Submissions submitted in any other manner will be disqualified. All Submissions must be received by the BC Housing computer time.
Submissions are to clearly indicate in the subject line the number of the RFQ.
