Description
Transportation Investment Corporation (“the Corporation”) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for Estimating Services of an experienced team to provide estimates and support of the Corporation’s Projects for the concept phase/business case, procurement, implementation, and close out stages.
Amongst other activities, the Contractor will work with the Corporation and Owner’s consultants to provide a complete estimate. Estimates support activities include WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), quantity take-offs, and labour modelling.
Estimate outputs include copy of estimate with labour use reports, equipment reports, risk analysis/quantification, inflation report, and escalation report.
Proposals will be solicited from proponents who have the necessary qualifications and specialized experience to provide the types of services described herein.
The Corporation expects to enter into an agreement as soon as possible after award before February 1, 2023.

Durée du contrat
