CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Justice, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the provision of consulting services for the development and implementation of Community Safety and Wellbeing Plan.

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Justice, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents to  provide consulting services for the development and implementation of Community Safety and Wellbeing Planning.

The contract will  consultant  services to plan and complete the implementation of Community Safety and Wellbeing Planning. The term of the contract is for two (2) years from time of commencement of work with the option to extend for one (1) additional period of twelve (12) months.

The contract will cover services to complete the implementation of the solution and  ongoing operations (maintenance and support) for the system based upon a one (1) year term with the option to extend for three (3) additional periods of twelve (12) months each.  The decision to exercise the optional terms shall be at the sole discretion of Manitoba.
