Toronto Metropolitan University (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to schedule in-person strategy discussions from interested Suppliers with experience in inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection and life safety systems.
The intent of these discussions is to obtain feedback from Suppliers to assist the University in developing a more accurate Scope of Work and overall approach for the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) for inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection and life safety systems.
The University firmly believes that participation will be mutually beneficial to both the Suppliers and to the University; however, participation in these discussions are completely optional (for clarity, they are NOT mandatory in order to participate in the future RFP or RFPs).
