External Assurance & Audit Services for WRHA

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Assurance and Audit Services for the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The Purchaser as described under Appendix D – RFP Particulars, is seeking a supplier to express audit opinions on the fair presentation of their financial statements, summary financial statements and on the required statements of Public Sector Compensation.
