Market Research Study Services Vendor of Record (VOR)

This RFB is an open invitation by iGaming Ontario (“iGO”) to all interested firms (“Proponents”) to provide design, implementation, and support services for quantitative and qualitative market research and research data services. The Proponent, by responding to this RFP, confirms that it is capable of supplying and delivering the requirements as further set out in this RFB.
The objective of this RFP is to establish a VOR arrangement with multiple Proponents for the provisions of Market Research Services according to the specifications more fully described in Schedule B Scope of Work of this RFP. iGO intends to identify a maximum total of 30 proponents, 10 proponents for category A, 10 proponents for category B and 10 proponents for category C. The term of the agreement will be for five (5) years with two (2) additional optional terms of up to one (1) year each at the discretion of iGO.  The Selected Proponents will be requested to enter into an agreement with iGO for the provision of the scope of work and deliverables described in Schedule B (the “Deliverables”).
