External Audit Services

Dalhousie University will be issuing an RFP in early June 2024 for External Audit Services for the Department of Financial Services, for a five-year period with the possibility of an additional five-year extension. Proponents bidding on this work will be asked to submit the following information (among other bid response elements) with their bid submission: Experience and technical qualifications of the firm; Technical qualifications of audit personnel, Audit approach; Advisory services and publications; Identification of risks that may impact delivery of services; Experience from related work, transitional planning, and pricing. This RFP will be evaluated using a 2-stage evaluation process, with evaluators first reviewing the firm’s written submissions, and then the shortlisted proponent’s pricing.
