Project Management Services-Solar PV Project

The Municipality of the District of Guysborough is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide project management for a project to install net metered solar voltaic (PV) systems, totaling approximately 300Kw AC to supply renewable electricity to 2 libraries, 2 recreation centers, the main municipal office, and water treatment plant. The Municipality is seeking to complete this project within the 2023 calendar year. The Proposal shall include the Proponent’s firm fixed price for this service. It shall include with the cost, a detailed listing of the tasks and activities and an estimate of total costs. Price data shall include fixed price and estimated hours of work by key staff including expenses and HST. The estimate shall represent the maximum payment for the project. All prices and estimates shall be in Canadian dollars.
