Supply & Installation of AVL System & Monitoring Services (2024-2027)

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (Town) is soliciting Proposals for a Contractor to provide Automatic Vehicle Locating (AVL) System Services including:

• Continuous vehicle monitoring using the existing AVL hardware installed in Town- owned fleet vehicles;
• Supply and install of new AVL hardware in new Town fleet vehicles;
• Replacement of existing AVL hardware as required; and
• On-line reporting.

This is a three (3) year Term of Contract for the period from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2027 (36 months). Two (2) additional one-year extensions may be exercised based on mutual agreement between the Town and Contractor, satisfactory Contractor performance, and availability of budget at the sole discretion of the Town.
