Office Moving Services for Relocation

3sHealth is seeking proposals for an experienced and reputable firm for “Moving Services” to be immediately available to assist in a multi-phase project (the “Project”).  3sHealth has recently approved a leased space exceeding 40,000 sq. ft. at the Delta Regina Hotel an office building located on 1919 Saskatchewan Drive to create office space for 175 to 200 employees spanning 6 floors. The first stage of moving services must be completed by July 31, 2023 and the final stage must be completed by November 1, 2023 (see below).

The new leased space is shared between 3sHealth and SAHO Inc.(SAHO), with approximately one-quarter of the space being occupied by SAHO, and the balance of space being occupied by 3sHealth. The “Moving Services” described in this RFP are to include the requirements for both 3sHealth and SAHO combined.

The intent is to award to a single vendor for the “Project” to move 3sHealth and SAHO to their new location, along with an ensuing two-year contract for other moving service requests that may arise for 3sHealth or other Service Recipients. 

The successful vendor will assign a designated lead to coordinate the move from SAHO and 3sHealth’s current location from the 5th through 8th floors at the Avord Tower on 2002 Victoria Avenue to the new location at the Delta Regina Hotel, on the 4th through 9th floors. As noted above, the move will occur in stages. The first stage covers the 100% move of contents from the Avord Tower location to the Delta Regina Hotel location, targeted for completion by July 31, 2023. The subsequent stages are dependent on the completion of internal construction among the floors between August 1, 2023 and October 31, 2023. These subsequent stages will include moving contents between and among the floors in the Delta Regina Hotel location

Pre-Proposal Meeting: 

A Pre-Proposal Meeting for any vendors wishing to submit a proposal will occur on Wednesday May 3, 2023 @ 10:00 am at #700 – 2002 Victoria Avenue. If additional meetings need to be scheduled to accommodate the number of vendors wishing to submit proposals, these will be scheduled as necessary on May 4 and/or May 5, 2023.
