The Contractor will collect fees, direct traffic on site, and aggregate material for subsequent disposal or recycling as appropriate.
The City intends to negotiate a six (6) year Agreement with the selected contractor, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to six (6) years in two (2) year increments for a total of twelve (12) years.
