AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 19, 2023 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Government of Canada occupational safety and health legislation and regulations as they pertain to the Public Service of Canada requires that boilers, pressure vessels and piping system and safety devices attached thereto in operation be inspected and tested at the prescribed frequencies by a “Qualified Inspector” to determine that the applicable occupational safety and health requirements are met. Annex “A” describes the minimum activities for the in-service inspection of boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping systems, and associated safety devices attached thereto in accordance with the requirements of the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COHSR) as pursuant to the Canada Labour Code Part II. There is mandatory technical criteria found in Annex D the bidder must provide.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/04/01.
