Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for preventive maintenance and repair services for medical equipment in all CSC institutions in the Quebec region.
Objectives: The contractor must provide a preventive maintenance and repair service for medical equipment by supplying the qualified labour, expertise, products, accessories, tools, transport, and equipment required.
Deliverables:
a) The contractor must provide a complete visit report on all the checked equipment in accordance with Accreditation Canada criteria within 60 days after each preventative maintenance service.
b) The contractor must provide a list of the tools and equipment to be used during the work. The contractor must submit the list for inspection before each preventative maintenance and repair service. The contractor must keep an updated list of the tools and equipment used throughout the project.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed from the contract award date to June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
