NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for Solutions-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Department of National Defence – Canadian Forces Recruiting Group HQ (CFRG HQ)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1 the region/ metropolitan area and for the following stream(s): Human Resources Services Stream / Business Consulting / Change Management.
The requirement is intended to result in the award of more than two (2) contracts with an initial period of 1 month as a Proof of Concept (PoC) phase and only one (1) contract for follow on options periods.
Description of the Requirement:
Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) seeks an industry partner to deliver Recruitment Process Outsourcing service that accelerates intake for priority / in demand Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) occupations. These services must utilize modern tools and solutions to rapidly screen large pools of candidate information, cross-referencing occupation pre-requisites, and re-engage candidates to apply for a priority occupation within the CAF.
