Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada CORCAN has a requirement for a complete assembly service for reflective parkas for men in various sizes.
Objectives: To provide complete assembly services of winter parkas in different sizes.
Deliverables: The Offeror must provide the complete assembly of parkas in different sizes as and when requested. The Offeror must assemble and deliver the requested quantities within eight (8) weeks of the call-up date. The Offeror must ship the merchandise to the Quebec region, or the Pacific region as instructed by the Project Authority.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Duration of Standing Offer and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period of date of award to September 30, 2026, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
