    The objective is to have a qualified Contractor provide janitorial services and supplies at the Witless Bay Conservation & Protection Operations facility as described above.
    The statement of work (SOW) outlines the requirements for a contractor to provide janitorial services and supplies for the Witless Bay C & P Building in Witless Bay, NL. The Department is considered the D.F.O, and the contractor is considered the successful bidder. The Real Property Technical Authority (TA) is responsible for inspection and laying out the work, and all the correspondence must be made through them. The contractor must provide janitorial services daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually, with a consistent time frame between 08:00 - 16:00 hours.
    Winter and summer months are used for the work, and janitorial services must be performed up to eight feet above ground floor level. Tiled floors may include sheet vinyl, resilient tile, terrazzo tile, and ceramic tile; and carpets may include carpet mats as well as permanent laid carpet.
