    SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 1

    Amendment 1 is raised to formally incorporate the following changes to the solicitation:

    The Department of National Defense has a requirement to provide a Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) capability to meet the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) trial objectives. The work will involve the following:

    1. Full-spectrum FDM services consisting of:

    a. web application for use by CAF FDM analysts;

    b. web hosting of flight data; and

    c. automated data processing.

    2. Customer service for the duration of the contract at no additional cost; and

    3. One-time FDM analysis training session for CAF members.

    These services must be established for a duration of two calendar years for the following aircraft:

    1. 83x CH 146 Griffon;

    2. 4x CT 142 Gonzo; and

    3. 4x CC 144 Challengers.
       
    For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
           
    The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
     
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
