    The Embassy of Canada to the United States seeks a caterer for its 2025 Inauguration Day Reception (event). We are expecting approximately 1500 guests in attendance at the Tailgate on Monday January 20, 2025 from 10:30am until 4:00pm.
    In addition to the event, the caterer will also provide boxed breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for onsite Media outlets (media) (approximately 30 people) for no more than 5 days including the day of the event on the 20th.

    The Inauguration will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025. The Embassy will be hosting its traditional event on that day as well as be the site for several media outlets covering the inauguration.
    The Embassy is seeking a caterer for this event which will be held in the indoor and outdoor event spaces on the ground floor of the Embassy and to provide meals and snacks to the onsite media. In addition to the catering services, food and beverage partners will be brought in at the Embassy’s discretion to provide specialty items.

    The objective is to provide professional catering services for the event by providing the required staff and serving the highest quality food and beverages to ensure a positive hospitality experience for Embassy guests and to provide meals and snacks to media.
