One (1) Level 3 - Enterprise Resource Planning Functional Analyst
The services of the Contractor will be required for a period of 20 months commencing on or about August 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025. This contract may be extended, by mutual consent, for two (2) optional periods of one (1) year, under the same terms and conditions.

Health Canada requires the services of a professional consultant with expertise as an SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Functional Workflow Analyst and Instructor. This resource would be required to work on and support various cross-functional SAP workflow initiatives, such as the Procure-to-Pay process, the Item Review Framework approach and others activities as they come up. The tasks involved will be to provide design and development of workflow related solutions through enhancements, support these initiatives and provide training/guidance to the Comptrollership Systems Modernization Division (CSMD) staff, which is responsible for managing Health Canada’s SAP system
The objective of this requirement is to have an SAP ERP consultant deliver efficient and effective workflow services across all SAP modules, including the Portal to meet the advanced system requirements of the various stakeholders that CSMD supports. This will assist the SAP team in providing ongoing operational support and enhancements to the system, while following SAP Workflow best practices. The resource will also provide training and guidance to the CSMD staff on the implemented solutions to ensure the knowledge is retained internally.
As such, Health Canada CSMD has a requirement to have an SAP ERP consultant to support workflow services across all SAP modules, including the Portal across the CSMD SAP Cluster on an as and when required basis. Task Authorizations (TA) will be issued against the Service Outline Agreement to support the various Health Canada initiatives.
