    Description:
    The scope of work includes several key tasks: removing and properly disposing of existing heat pumps and refrigerants, supplying and installing new heat pumps with R-32 refrigerant and compatible controllers, installing new thermostats, occupancy sensors, and CO2 sensors, and installing new circulatory pumps, variable speed drives, and heat exchangers. It also involves supplying and installing new controllers, wiring, conduit, and programming a new control system, updating the graphical interface and control sequences, cutting, patching, and painting disturbed surfaces, removing and reinstating ceilings to facilitate heat pump work, extending water piping, wiring, and duct work for heat pump relocation, and installing new breakers, feeders, and conduit for heat pump installation at Council's location 1 Arctic Avenue, St. John's, Newfoundland of the National Research Council.
