This procurement, being done on behalf of Real Property Services Branch (RPS), is for the provision of professional services from a Technical Advisor (TA) to support the development of the procurement strategy for the Additional Bridge in the East (ABE) Project. These advisory services will cover the following fields: commercial, architectural, engineering, environmental, related technical investigation, and engagement. The TA services are required during the pre-procurement and procurement phases of the Project. The provision of these real property professional services will support pre-definition activities, as well as the definition and implementation of the Project in the areas of procurement, technical and regulatory support, and Indigenous, public and stakeholder engagement.
