All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 24, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.NPP Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), working on behalf of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), requires temporary Long-term accommodation reservations in Banff, Bow Valley, Calgary, and Canmore regions during the 2025 G7 Leaders’ Summit to be held in Kananaskis, Alberta, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant. The proposed contract will be valid from signature until September 1, 2025.
