INSTANT Ticket Audit and Assurance Services

The independent audit and assurance services of INSTANT tickets, which shall include:
a) Physical point-in-time site audit of internal control procedures at the Print Vendor facilities;
b) Game audit including review of pre-programming of game and final balanced game data against game-specific Working Papers (e.g. Prize Structure, constraints, GLEPS), in person attendance to witness Prize Balancing as required and destruction of overs for all exceptional games, provide additional report ensuring randomness for all Exposed Variable Data (EVD) games.
c) Audit of IT and IT security related risks and controls at the Print Vendor production facilities to evaluate operational effectiveness; and
d) Additional audit or advisory services related to INSTANT lottery which may be requested by OLG.
