Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TBRHSC agrees to purchase from the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees to sell and provide to TBRHSC, the Equipment, Consumables and Service.
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years with an option in favour of TBRHSC to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3), one (1) year options for Post Warranty Service and Consumables.
