Gas Chromatography Analyser Equipment, Consumables and Service

TBRHSC is seeking Proposals for Gas Chromatography Analyzer equipment, associated consumables and post warranty service that would be utilized within the Biochemistry department, part of Laboratory Services. The Gas Chromatography Analyzer equipment will be required for testing light alcohols (Ethanol, Methanol, Isopropanol), Acetone. The new instrumentation equipment Must have the capacity to measure and analyze Ethylene Glycol. Within TBRHSC’s Emergency Room department, alcohol testing is available 24/7 and on demand. This testing is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for all areas of TBRHSC. Two (2) identical instruments are preferred in order to provide redundancy in the event that one instrument is non-operational to allow capacity to provide testing. TBRHSC does not have an alternate laboratory service that is capable of providing timely testing of these compounds.

The proposed equipment Must be supplied with new regulators and/or manifolds to accommodate the delivery of the compressed gasses required to perform the Gas Chromatography testing.
