Repair and Maintenance of Electronic Traffic Control Devices

The initial term of the Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year, with an option to extend. Based on mutual agreement of the Province and the Contracted Supplier, the Agreement may be extended for up to two (2) sequential 12-month extension periods, reviewed each year. The maximum duration of the Agreement, including all potential extension periods, shall be three (3) years.

If a Contracted Supplier declines to accept an extension period, the Province reserves the right to extend the Agreement on a month-by-month basis, for up to six (6) months to ensure continuity of service while the Province procures a replacement supplier.

The terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain fixed throughout the initial term of the Agreement and any extension periods, with the exception of any pricing adjustment mechanism.

NOTE: All awarded values are based on estimated annual quantities of repairs and maintenance of Electronic Traffic Control Devices.
