A one-bed CRF/supervised satellite apartment arrangement will be put in place to accommodate a high risk, high needs female offender who has not been accepted at any other CRF for females in Canada. This offender has a Parole Board of Canada imposed residency condition and therefore must be maintained and supervised as per the CRF/CCC and Community Assessment and Parole Supervision (CAPS) guidelines and statements of work.
