Nature of Requirement:  Hotel Guestrooms and Meeting Space

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Hotel Guestrooms and Meeting Space in Phoenix, Arizona.  The proposed period of the contract is from contract award until March 31, 2015. The requirement is for approximately 5 meetings during the proposed contract period.   Each meeting consists of approximately 700 total room nights.  

The Request for Proposal will be evaluated using mandatory criteria and price.  To be considered responsive, a proposal must comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria.  The bidder with the lowest responsive price will be recommended for contract award.

Some of the Mandatory Requirements are:

1) The proposed hotel must be located within a 15 mile radius of downtown Phoenix.
2) Must have an onsite restaurant
3) The primary meeting space must comfortably accommodate a U-shape for 24 people with the middle of the U being a minimum of 15 ft. across

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement
