LANDSCAPE WORK GILMOUR HUGHSON BUILDING, GATINEAU QC

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking bids from qualified firms to perform landscape improvement work at the Gilmour Hughson building in Gatineau, QC.  

Summary of the Work
Provide all materials, labour, equipment, and services necessary to complete all work described in the plans and specifications including, but not limited to: 
.1	Protective measure for Existing vegetation; 
.2	Selective demolition and removal of asphalt paving and base, concrete curb, and all other items noted in contract documents. 
.3	Excavation, backfilling and grading require for the work indicated in the contract document; 
.4	Supply and placement of imported fill material as required by contract documents; 
.5	Salvage and reinstallation of existing water fountain as indicated in contract documents; 
.6	Supply and installation of new concrete wall with decorative board formwork; 
.7	Supply and installation of new concrete surfaces; 
.8	Supply and installation of concrete unit paver (including granular base, layering course, edge restraints, and jointing sand) as indicated in contract documents; 
.9	Relocation of existing bike racks; 
.10	Supply and installation of new wood decking (including granular base, footings, sub- structure, and step assembly) as indicated in contract documents. 
.11	Supply and installation of top soil, sodding and all plant material (including mulch); 
.12	Rehabilitation of all disturbed areas 

There will be no site visit for this project.
