Ottawa River Shoreline Improvement - Planting
The work covers the installation of plant material along the Ottawa River shoreline behind Parliament Hill. The work of the contract includes, but is not limited to the following:
COMPLETION OF WORK : The Contractor shall perform and substantially complete the Work within one (1) month from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
TENDER CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Monday, May 9, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., Ottawa time
SITE VISIT: A site visit will not be held.
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION :Bidders must also complete the request for qualification document (see appendix III) and submit with this Invitation to Tender & Acceptance Form.
PUBLIC TENDER OPENING : A public tender opening will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 3:00pm Ottawa time at 40 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON beside the security office on the 2nd floor.
The procurement process of this tender is subject to Chapter 5 on the Agreement on Internal Trade.

Enquiries should be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
